Travelero provides transparent cancellation and refund policies tailored to different service types. Our guidelines ensure fair treatment for both passengers and driver partners while maintaining service reliability.

Note: All refunds are processed within Approved refunds process within 2-7 business days to original payment method to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup

Important Note

Travelero reserves the right to cancel service after 30 minutes of passenger waiting time at pickup location. No cancellation fees apply if driver arrives late, though waiting charges may accumulate.

Free waiting: 15 minutes after flight landing time

Extended waiting: ₹50 per additional 5-minute interval

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Minimum 1 hour prior to arranged pickup time

Important Note

We may cancel bookings after 30 minutes of waiting at airport pickup zones. Late driver arrival doesn't incur cancellation penalties, but waiting time fees remain valid.
